Exciting Updates 2007!
April 17th, 2007

Studing at the University of Calgary has been crazy for the past few months and I seem to have finally found some time to write a news update for you.

Kenley getting makeup put on.

A bit of non-magic related news first... On Tuesday, October 24, 2006 until Saturday, November 4, 2006 I performed a total of 4 characters in the university production of Baal by Bertolt Brecht. This was my first main stage and I got to perform a few major roles which was really exciting. Unfortunatly the play was for adults and no magic appeared in it. To the left you can see a picture of me in the process of getting my make up put on and at the bottom you can see me in full makeup and costume. Just take a look at the hair!

Surprisingly On Tuesday, February 13, 2007 until Saturday, February 24, 2007 I got to perform in William Shakespeare's Twelfth Night as the Sea Captain as well as a Gentlemen attending Count Orsino! We went through a great long and hard rehearsal period before we performed the play. The play turned out to be the play which got the most ticket sales in all of the University of Calgary's history! It was great fun to be apart of and I also got to perform some magic during the play. You can see me in full makeup and costume below along with Ayla who played Viola. Don't you just love the fake beard! The other picture is us warming up on stage.

Check back tomorrow for another update! I have added many new things to my site and I will let you know what I have added tomorrow. Right now I must get back to studying for my final exam of the year! Woohoo!
